Clean room, friendly staff, and having breakfast included made our mornings easier, allowing us to enjoy the nearby shopping district and saltwater pool without any hassles.

I had a good time during my stay at the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville. The front desk staff were really friendly and made me feel welcomed. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice variety at breakfast, but I wish there were a few more options available. I enjoyed the waffles. they were a real treat! The gym was great, especially having a Peloton bike. However, I did run into some trouble with the AC in my room. It took a while to cool down, which made it tough for me to sleep at first. Also, the water temperature in the shower was just lukewarm, not what I expected for a relaxing shower. Overall, the hotel provided a nice atmosphere, but some amenities could use attention, like the temperature control and water heat.
